Context
AP-HP’s infrastructure was spread across some fifty server rooms, each with its own teams and practices.
Challenge
To standardise and consolidate systems infrastructure services by bringing these 50 rooms and their teams together in the central data centres, without interrupting the services that patient care depends on.
