Data controller

ALTRONIS, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) whose registered office is at 40 rue Jules Michelet, 2 et 121 ZAC Quartier de Villaroy, 78280 Guyancourt, France.

Data collected

The website only collects personal data when you fill in the contact form or the CareOne demonstration request:

• first name and last name;
• organisation and job title;
• work email address;
• telephone number (optional in the contact form);
• subject, message or comment, type of organisation.

No health data

The website is not intended to receive health data. Do not send any health data, medical information or patient documents through its forms. A message containing such data would be deleted.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used only to reply to your contact or demonstration request. This processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form and which you may withdraw at any time.

It is not sold, rented or used for advertising purposes.

Recipients

Your data is read by the people at ALTRONIS who are responsible for replying to you.

• The website is hosted by Scaleway SAS, in France.
• Requests are received in a mailbox hosted by OVHcloud.
• The service that forwards the forms keeps no copy of the messages.

Retention period

Requests are kept in the ALTRONIS mailbox for no more than three years after the last exchange with you, and are then deleted.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website measures its traffic with Matomo, a tool installed on our own server in Paris, at stats.altronis.fr. This measurement sets no cookies and visitors’ IP addresses are anonymised.

The data collected (pages viewed, buttons used, forms sent, without their content) is used only to produce traffic statistics for the website, on the basis of ALTRONIS’s legitimate interest in knowing how its website is used. It is not combined with any other processing, is not passed on to anyone and is deleted after 700 days, about 23 months.

This setup meets the conditions set by the CNIL, the French data protection authority, for audience measurement that needs no consent: no banner is therefore needed. You can nevertheless object to your visits being measured.

Apart from this tool, the website loads no resource from any other website: no font, no video, no social network widget.

Technical logs

When a form is submitted, the service records the time, the form used, the outcome and a truncated IP address, in order to detect abuse. These logs contain neither your message, nor your name, nor your email address.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for its processing to be restricted or for its portability; you may object to its processing and withdraw your consent.

Write to contact@altronis.fr. We will reply within one month.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
